1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any tool, page, or feature on rogello.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.
These terms apply to all visitors and users of rogello.com, including users of Rogello Pro and any future paid features.
2. Description of Service
Rogello provides a suite of free, browser-based utility tools including but not limited to:
- Canadian paycheck and payroll calculators
- Hourly pay, stat holiday, and vacation pay calculators
- GST/HST and sales tax calculators
- Invoice and receipt generators
- BMI, calorie, and health calculators
- Date, age, word count, and general utility tools
- Currency conversion tools (using third-party rate data)
These tools are provided free of charge, without registration, and are intended for informational and operational convenience only.
3. Informational Use Only — No Professional Advice
Rogello does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or employment advice. All tools on this site produce estimates and outputs that are informational in nature only.
Specifically:
- Payroll and paycheck calculations are estimates based on publicly available tax rates. They may differ from amounts calculated by your employer, payroll provider, or the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
- Invoices and receipts generated by Rogello are templates for your own use. Rogello does not guarantee that they comply with any specific jurisdiction's invoicing, tax, or business documentation requirements.
- GST/HST calculations are estimates. You are responsible for verifying tax obligations with the CRA or a qualified tax professional.
- Currency exchange rates used in conversion tools are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market rates or rates available through financial institutions.
- Health-related tools (BMI, calorie calculators) are for general informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
For decisions involving taxes, payroll compliance, invoicing obligations, employment law, or financial transactions, you should consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, lawyer, or other licensed professional.
4. Accuracy of Calculations
Rogello makes reasonable efforts to keep tax rates, contribution thresholds, and calculation logic current with published federal and provincial rates. However, we do not guarantee that:
- Calculations reflect the most current rates at any given time
- Results will match those produced by employer payroll software or government systems
- All edge cases (e.g., multiple income sources, special deductions, benefit adjustments) are accounted for
Always verify important calculations independently. See our Disclaimer for further details on the limitations of our tools.
5. Invoice and Receipt Generators
Rogello provides tools that allow you to create and download invoice and receipt documents. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into invoices and receipts
- You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable tax, invoicing, and business regulations in your jurisdiction
- Rogello is not a party to any transaction described in a generated invoice or receipt
- Rogello does not store, transmit, or retain any invoice or receipt data you create
- Generated documents are provided as a convenience tool only and do not constitute official business records on their own
