Add PDFs and photos, put them in order, then make one PDF.

How it works
- Add files. PDFs, JPG or PNG photos, or take a picture of a paper document with your phone.
- Arrange pages. Drag tiles (or use β βΆ) to reorder, β³ to rotate, β to remove, or type the pages to keep.
- Pick a size limit if the form asks for one. The tool redraws pages at lower quality, one at a time, until the file fits.
- Download. You see the final size first. Name it the way HR asks, like Lastname_Documents.pdf.
Common upload limits
| Where | Typical limit |
|---|---|
| HR and job portals | 2β5 MB |
| Email attachments | 10β25 MB |
| Rental applications | 5β10 MB |
| Government web forms | Often 2β10 MB per file |
Limits vary. Check the exact number on the form and pick it under File size limit.
Before you send it
- Password-protected PDFs: remove the password first, then add the copy.
- Digitally signed PDFs: merging or compressing removes the signature. Send the original if the signature matters.
- Big scans on a phone: 40+ pages can use a lot of memory. Do them in two batches if the page slows down.
About these PDF tools
HR offices, landlords and government forms often ask for one PDF or a file under 2 MB. Most free PDF sites upload your documents to their servers to do that. This one doesn't: the merging, compressing and photo conversion run in your own browser, using open-source libraries (pdf-lib and PDF.js) stored on rogello.com.
Compressing to a size limit works by redrawing each page as a JPEG picture at a lower quality or resolution until the whole file fits. That is what shrinks scans and photos the most. The trade-off: text in a compressed page becomes part of the picture and can't be selected or searched. If you need selectable text, tick Keep text sharp.
